User Agreement
Being allowed access to http://www.mudaliar.com/ ("the site")
for Darshan Technologies, you enter into the mudaliar.com
user agreement on the terms and conditions set out below.
This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Subject to
the terms contained herein, either party can terminate
this agreement for any reason provided that such termination
shall be conditional upon, including but not limited
to, discharge of all contractual and statutory obligations.
Changes
We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the
terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted

responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on

deemed to have accepted any change if you continue

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India
. The Courts of law at Bangalore shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this
agreement.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement
between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous
understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding
such subject matter.
